More than 60 years bringing quality and tradition to your table
Since 1960, we have transformed a family dream into a company that today leads the food industry, remaining true to our values and the essence that defines us.
Our History
Everything started in the neighborhood of La Boca, when our founders, Eugenio Francisco García and Amalia Tonon, created “Mi Esperanza,” a traditional pasta factory.
Over time, their experience and service-oriented spirit took them beyond the counter: they began advising colleagues in the development of machinery and raw materials.
Through hard work, we became manufacturers and distributors of specialized supplies. This led to the creation of Indupast, under the commercial name Maprisa.
We inaugurated our plant in Mataderos with our own ovens and expanded operations in San Juan to produce and dehydrate raw materials.
We acquired the plant of Juan Ricardo Girbal, incorporating technology and production capacity to meet growing demand.
After the passing of Eugenio and during a period of hyperinflation, the second generation took over leadership, preserving our family essence.
Rayadísimo was consolidated as a production plant, and Maprisa as a distribution unit, expanding our reach in the market.
We continue to grow, diversifying our portfolio and professionalizing the dream that began in 1960, remaining true to our values: commitment, quality, and innovation.
